DESCRIPTION

Stress is the main cause of diving accidents and has a negative influence in rescue situations. This course teaches you the skills and knowledge necessary to recognize and deal with stress, prevent accidents and respond appropriately to emergency situations that may befall divers. You will receive your SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty certification after completing this course.

Scope
The SSI Diver Stress & Rescue course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and avoid stress
accidents and manage common emergency situations to which recreational divers may find themselves exposed.

Students must have proof of current training within two (2) years of First Aid and CPR
